About Lancaster Designs

Tyler Lancaster is the founder of Anna Maria Island based Landscape Design Company, Lancaster Designs LLC. With his vision and love he has for the natural world, he strives to create spaces that evoke connection to our planet and it’s ecosystems.

Tyler is as self made as they come. A Texas native, he made his way to the west coast of Florida in 2012. Always an outdoorsman, he quickly fell in love with the eclectic foliage that Florida had to offer. What started as a small, one man tree trimming and maintenance company, quickly grew in to the highly regarded design company it is today.

Lancaster Design’s knows how important it is for clients to have a unique space to retreat to. For some, that means getting lost in an abundant, tropical oasis. For others, it’s all about simplicity, clean lines and open views. Tyler and his team know exactly how to maximize the potential of a tropical landscape, which is not possible without creativity, vision, and a love for the unconventional.
